Restaurant Bup
Specializing in fresh seafood dishes, Bup Restaurant combines the characteristic sea flavors of Phu Quoc with a luxurious, airy space, suitable for both tourists and local residents.
Hien Charcoal Kitchen is a unique restaurant in Phu Quoc, distinguished by its rustic and cozy ambiance, specializing in authentic Vietnamese charcoal-grilled dishes.
The current establishment has a completely new vibe, not serving the usual specialty dishes to please tourists, but "going its own way" with Japanese-style cuisine.
The restaurant has a capacity of around 30 people. Diners coming here will clearly see the kitchen with the charcoal stove always burning red hot. Charcoal grilling is also the main cooking method of this place. Because of this, the dishes here still retain their smoky flavor compared to grilling with an electric stove.
The restaurant is located right on Tran Hung Dao street, making it easy to get to. Next to the restaurant is a hidden bar, ideal for groups of friends who want to "chill" after dinner. However, the restaurant only operates from the afternoon, not serving breakfast or lunch.
