Bún Quậy Kiến Xây
It's not just about bún kèn; bún quậy is also a delightful dish that captures the hearts of Phu Quoc visitors. Stepping into the eatery, tourists can immediately sense the lively atmosphere with a long line of diners waiting to create their own dipping sauce – ingredients include chili, tamarind, MSG, salt, pepper, and sugar. The edge of the bowl is covered with a layer of shrimp or fish cake, followed by the addition of bún (made from rice flour, freshly pressed at the eatery) and then soaked in broth – just stir, and it's ready. This dish is perfect for replenishing energy after a full day of fun on Phu Quoc Island.
